ReDeTrack has at its core a sophisticated Track and Trace facility. The system will help you schedule your workers' customer site visits, collections and deliveries. These instructions form the starting point of the status-based tracking process.
When your field operatives act upon their instructions, the system updates the status of each task, showing packages that are delivered at an address and when and capture the signature of the receipient (POD); when a maintenance task is completed; when a security guard checks an area or a cleaner services a location.
The system records each stage of the process and your reports show a complete history.
The mobile software, running on a rugged Windows PDA or on an iPhone or Android device, can be tuned to match any field process, including displaying customer address and contact details, consignment details or work lists. This information is used by your operative to guide him or her through the day's work.
Addresses can be used by the integrated satellite navigation component, which means there is no 'finger trouble' as there is no need to type in the address, or they can call ahead auomatically using the phone number on the works order.
